Simple process here: once you've identified your device (above), you'll click this iPhone Repairs link, then tick the box that best matches your problem and (important) add any comments about what happened to the device or what you want done. Follow the prompts and specify how you want us to return post your iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, or iPad. On the We Fix It page you'll get a tracking number so you can monitor progress should it be anything other than a 24hour turnaround. We'll fix the problem then post it back to you.
Not sure which one you've got? Check the model number on the back cover. If your model number is A1303, it's a 3GS; otherwise it's a 3G.
