Simple process here: Just click on whatever iDevice you have, then tick the box that best matches your problem and (This part is important) add any comments about what happened to the device or what you want done. Follow the prompts and specify how you want us to return post your iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, iPad or iPad 2. On the We Fix It page you'll get a tracking number so you can monitor progress should it be anything other than a 24hour turnaround. We'll fix the problem then post it back to you.
Not sure which one you've got? Check the model number on the back cover. If your model number is A1303, it's a 3GS. if your model number is A1241, it's a 3G. If your model number is A1332 it's an iPhone 4. If your model number is A1337, it's an iPad. If your model number is A1395, it's an iPad 2.
